Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers: Board Meeting Outcome for - Change In Board Of Directors Of The Company

This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13 2026 approved the appointment of Shri. Shivakumar Subramaniam (DIN: 10784187) as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the Company from date of assumption of charge of post i.e February 13 2026 till date of his superannuation i.e. July 31 2030 or until further orders whichever is earlier in line with order no. 78/02/2024-HR-(PSU) (e-37817) dated February 13 2026 issued by Department of Fertilizers Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers Government of India.Further in continuation to our letter dated November 25 2025 and January 1 2026 regarding entrustment of additional charge to Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh (DIN: 07348075) as Chairman &Managing Director (CMD) of the Company the same stands ceased with effect from February 13 2026. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 05.15 p.m and concluded at 05.45 p.m.
