Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2017, inter alia, has declared payment of interim dividend @ Re. 1 per share (50 %) on equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. The interim dividend on equity shares as declared in the Board Meeting held on July 31, 2017 shall be paid on August 18, 2017.
