MPS Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed February 08, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of 3rd Interim Dividend.
The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company, as on the Record Date of February 08, 2016, within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.
