Bedmutha Industries: Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by the Designated Persons as adopted by the Board the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons (including Directors) of the Company and their immediate relative and Insiders with immediate effect from October 01 2025 till 48 hrs after the announcement/declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30 2025.
