"As per order of Honble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Principal Bench, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has been initiated in respect of the M/s Tirupati Inks Limited under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with effect from November 02, 2017.
I have been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional in case of M/s Tirupati Inks Limited, by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench with effect from November 02, 2017.
The Company is now under Insolvency Resolution Process under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016."
