The 17th Annual General Meeting of the Members of K.P.R. Mill Limited will be held on Thursday the 24th day of September 2020 at 02.30 P.M. Indian Standard Time (1ST) through Video Conferencing (VC).
In connection with the same and for payment of Dividend if declared at the meeting the Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from the Friday 18th September 2020 to Thursday 24th September 2020 (both days inclusive).
