Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 4th February 2020 have re-appointed Ms. Grace Koshie (DIN 06765216) as an Independent Director for a term of three consecutive years with effect from 9th February 2020.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure A.
