Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011 we wish to inform you that the Company has received information from Algoquant Fintech Limited in relation to the acquisition of shares of the company. Upon review the details provided by Algoquant Fintech Limited do not appear to be in line with the shareholding records available with the Company. Accordingly the Company has sought the requisite clarification from Algoquant Fintech Limited in the regards. As on date Company is awaiting the requisite clarification and supporting information from Algoquant Fintech Limited. Upon receipt of the Correct and complete information the company shall duly verify and reconcile the same with its records and undertake necessary compliance/action in accordance with the applicable provisions of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011.
