Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2021 shall be considered and disseminated on Saturday August 14 2021.

In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Officers Designated Employees and Connected Persons till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30 2021.
