This is to inform you that 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on Wednesday 29th September 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
In compliance with the relevant circulars the electronic copy of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-2021 comprising Notice of AGM and Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year 2020-2021 along with Boards Report Auditors Report and other documents required to be attached thereto is being sent by email to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s).
