Appointed Mr. Kiran Vasantrao Kurundkar (DIN: 02332568) as an Additional Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years with effect from 12th February 2026 to 11th February 2031 subject to the approval of Members. 3. Appointed Mrs. Anushree Tekriwal (ACS: 25243) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f.12th February 2026.
