We refer to our letter dated May 8 2023 pertaining to the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 4 2023 for seeking the approval of the Members of the Company on the Special Business (the Resolutions) through Remote E-voting as stated in the notice.Post-closing of voting period at 17:00 hours (IST) on June 8 2023 the Scrutinizer has submitted his Report on the Results of the Postal Ballot (through remote e-voting) on June 8 2023.In this regard please find enclosed herewith the voting results as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations and the Scrutinizers Report thereon dated June 8 2023. The said Resolutions have been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority on June 8 2023 being the last date of Remote E-voting.
