Pursuant to SPA the Company has today acquired 44 57 848 Class A Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of Rs. 1007.15 per CCD and 1 15 17 129 Class B Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of Rs. 10/- each at consideration of INR 882 25 48 749/-constituting a partial acquisition of the securities held by the Investor in Ashoka Concessions Limited a subsidiary of the Company.
