Zenith Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon?ble Bombay High Court in Company Petition 28 of 2012 has ordered the winding up of Zenith Infotech Ltd. and the appointment of the Official Liquidator. The order has been stayed till April 16, 2014 in order to enable the Company to sell its Cloud Computing Division and certain other fixed assets under the supervision of the Administrator appointed by the Hon?ble Bombay High Court.
The Company will be appealing against this order of the Hon?ble Bombay High Court.
