Binny Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2014, decided to drop the proposal of merger of M/s. Mohan Breweries and Distilleries Limited, a Company under the same management along with its Subsidiary, M/s. Arthos Breweries Limited with M/s. Binny Limited.
