In terms In terms of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that Board of Directors in the Meeting held on 13th June 2023 inter-alia has considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 along with the Auditors Report thereon and statement of Impact of Audit Qualifications in Annexure-I.
