Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Competition Commission of India has, vide its letter dated September 07, 2015 (received by the Company on September 08, 2015), approved the amalgamation of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited with Grasim Industries Limited. The order of the Commission in this regard will follow.
