Mohite Industries: Closure of Trading Window

as per SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations 2015 and as per Companys code of conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insider the trading window for dealing shares of the company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday 01-04-2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial result ( Both Standalone and Consolidated ) of the company for the quarter and financial year ended 31-03-2026. The date of board meeting for the consideration of audited financial result ( both standalone and consolidated ) of company for the quarter and financial year ended 31-03-2026 shall be intimated in due course of time.
