Bharat Coking Coal: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LoDR) Regulations 2015 kindly note the following changes in Senior Management of Bharat Coking Coal Limited:1. Shri Shailendra Kumar Gaikwad General Manager (Mining) has been posted as General Manager (Bastacolla Area) in place of Md. Hafizul Qurashi. Accordingly Shri Shailendra Kumar Gaikwad has become Senior Management Personnel of Bharat Coking Coal Limited.2. Md. Hafizul Qurashi General Manager (Bastacolla Area) has been transferred and posted as General Manager (Security) BCCL in place of Shri Mayuresh Ranjan Srivastava. Hence Md. Hafizul Qurashi remains Senior Management Personnel of Bharat Coking Coal Limited.3. Shri Mayuresh Ranjan Srivastava General Manager (Security) has been transferred and posted as General Manager (IED) in place of Shri Arvind Kumar Sinha who was holding the additional charge of said post. Hence Shri Mayuresh Ranjan Srivastava remains Senior Management Personnel of Bharat Coking Coal Limited.Details attached.
