TCPL Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to convene Board meeting on January 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of the code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities And Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from January 14, 2016 to January 25, 2016 (both days inclusive), for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company ('the concerned persons'), in connection with the Companys Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 21, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. The concerned persons are being intimated about the same.
