1. Considered and Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Ind AS Compliant) for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2018 along with Limited review report of the Auditor
2. 2. Declared interim dividend of Rs. 0.10/- per Equity shares of FV Rs.1/- each of the Company for the F.Y. 2018-19.
3. Interim Dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose name appear on the register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, August 03, 2018 which is the Record date fixed for the purpose.
4. Fixed 37th AGM of the members of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 19th September, 2018.
The said meeting of the Board commenced at 11.15 a.m. and concluded at 12.10 p.m.
