A separate meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company for the year 2022-2023 was held pursuant to Regulation 25(3) and 25(4) of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and Section 149(8) of the Companies Act 2013 read with Schedule IV (VII) on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at 03:00 p.m. at Plot-A4 APMC-MAFCO Yard Sector 18 Vashi Navi Mumbai Thane - 400703 inter-alia took the following decision:1. Reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole.2. Reviewed the performance of the Chairperson of the Company taking into account the views of the Executive Director and Non-Executive Directors.3. Assessed the quality quantity and timeliness of the flow of information between the Companys management and the Board.Kindly take note of the same.
