We wish to inform under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company:
1. Mr Dhirendra Singh an Independent Director on the Board of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 31st March 2019 for personal reasons.
2. The status of Dr Nikhil Sinha has been changed from Non-executive & Non-Independent Director to Non-executive & Independent Director with effect from 1st April 2019
