Videocon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2013, inter-alia, Recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) per equity share to Non-Promoter shareholders (Public Shareholders) for consideration and declaration by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
