We are submitting herewith the Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company along with Auditors Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017. The Annual Audited Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved & taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meetings held on May 29 & 30, 2017 respectively.
The Board of Directors of the Company in the above meeting held on May 30, 2017 has also recommended the payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 2.65 (Rupees Two and Sixty Five Paisa only) per share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2016-17, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, it is hereby declared that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have furnished Audit Reports on Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results with unmodified opinion.
