This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019, inter-alia,
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
2. To consider and approve the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
