Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Greenply Industries Limited (Company) at its meeting held today approved the appointment of Mr. Nitin Kalani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company as well as the Determining Person for the purpose of determination of materiality of an event or information under SEBI (LODR) 2015 with immediate effect.
