The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday May 24 2023 has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 0.40 at the rate of 20 % per Equity Shares for the FY 2022-23 which shall be subject to the confirmation by Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of Company.
