Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2013, inter alia, has declared payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 2/- (Rs. Two) per share (20%). The payment date of the said dividend shall be on and from December 02, 2013.
