Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) (UFR) for the quarter ended on June 30 2022 Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 copy of UFR along with the Limited Review Report for the said Financials are enclosed herewith.2. Approved the holding 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company at 11:30 AM on Monday September 26 2022 via two-way Video Conferencing (VC) facility or other audio visual means (OAVM) providing e-voting facility to the Members of the Company for the ensuring AGM and appointment of Scrutinizer for e-voting process.3. Approved closing Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of AGM during the period from Thursday September 22 2022 to Monday September 26 2022 (both days inclusive).4.
