August 13 2022.2. The appointment of Mr. Ram Prakash Mahawar (DIN: 08431217) as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. August 13 2022 to hold office till the conclusion of the ensuing AGM of the Company.
