Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Board meeting held on June 24 2019 at Corporate office of the Company has inter-alia considered and approved to incorporate partnership firm with NIRSHILP COMMODITIES AND TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED (Related party) being one of promoter group company of Dolat Investments Limited. Capital & Profit sharing ratio of Dolat Investments Limited will be 99% and NIRSHILP COMMODITIES AND TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED will be 1 %.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 is given in Annexure A to this letter.
