Vital Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 and to consider the appointment of internal auditor for the financial year 2015-2016.
Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 04, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. November 13, 2015.
