Please find enclosed herewith copies of corrigendum issued in connection with the Notice of Postal Ballot dated October 14, 2017 sent to the Shareholders of 3i Infotech Limited (the Company) pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as published in todays English and regional newspapers i.e. Free Press Journal and Navshakti respectively.
The corrigendum is also being sent to the Shareholders for their information besides being displayed on the websites of the Company and NSDL.
