Pursuant to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 Dt. November 26 2018 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11 2019 please take note that as at March 31 2021 Company does not meet any of the criteria of large entity as specified at point 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular.

Accordingly Transchem Limited is not a Large Entity.
