Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following,
1. Appointment of Dr. (Mrs.) B. Kinnera Murthy as an additional director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Allotment of 14275 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 of the Company.
