Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to approve the un-audited financial result of the Company for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2016.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provision under the code of internal procedure & conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated persons Covered under the code of the Company from August 02, 2016 to August 18, 2016, after the announcement of the financial results on August 12, 2016.
