This is in continuation of our disclosure submitted by the Company yesterday i.e. 15.10.2025 wherein we had informed the Stock Exchanges that the Writ Petition filed by the Company was withdrawn due to certain technical deficiencies. The Honble Court had granted liberty to the Companys counsel to file fresh Writ Petition.In this regard we wish to inform you that the Company has filed a fresh Writ Petition before the Honble High Court of Delhi vide diary no. E-6783718/2025 dated 15.10.2025 in the matter of MPS Infotecnics Limited Vs. SEBI and Others.
