JAIN STUDIOS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2019 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the earlier announcement dated 02nd August 2019 regarding intimation of Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on Friday the 09th Day of August 2019 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30 2019 the same has been postponed and rescheduled on Saturday 10th August 2019 at 11:00 AM at Scindia Villa Sarojini Nagar Ring Road New Delhi-110023 due to unavoidable reasons/circumstances.
Further as per the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30 2019 and shall re-open on 13th August 2019.
