Lippi Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
2. Appointment of Internal Auditor for year 2016-2017 (Section 138 of Companies Act, 2013).
Moreover, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Companys Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company has been closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, from August 03, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after said Un-Audited financial results will become public.
