K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Resolution Applicant namely the SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, Kolkatta moved a fresh application under 60(5) of IB Code, 2016 before the NCLT, Ahmedabad and the Hon?ble NCLT heard the above application and directed the RP vide the order dated May 11, 2018 to take appropriate steps for presentation of the resolution plan of addendum III before the COC for its consideration.
