Hence compliance under Regulation regulations 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended on 31st March 2019 is not applicable to Company and we hereby claiming exemption for Regulation 24(a) i.e Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 15(2) also.
