The Company had provided the facility of remote e-voting and polling through e-voting at the venue to enable the shareholders to cast their votes in terms of the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR 2015. The Scrutinisers have submitted their consolidated reports on July 4 2019. A copy of the same is enclosed for your reference. The details of the combined voting results are enclosed in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI LODR 2015.
