Considered and approve Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended on 30th June 2021 and took note of Limited Review Report thereon in term of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.i.e. approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 13th August 2021 in terms of Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
