The Company has redeemed 200 unlisted unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs. 1 00 000/- each aggregating to Rs. 2 00 00 000/-(Rupees Two Crore Only) on March 13 2026. The principal along with the applicable interest has been duly paid to the NCD holder through RTGS on the same date.
