Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Company?s securities shall remain closed from October 22, 2016 to November 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of clause 6(2) of the 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct' framed by the Company under the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
