Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday 06th February 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.Further in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR please find enclosed herewith the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
