We wish to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading devised by the Company as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation 2019 dt: 2nd April 2019 the Trading Window dealing in the shares of the Company is closed to all Directors Key Managerial personnel and all designated employees of the Company with effect from 1st October 2020 to till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020.
The date of Board meeting for the consideration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020 shall be intimated in due course of time.
