In terms of the requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Unaudited Financial Results of the Company on standalone and consolidated basis along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2017 which have been taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today.
We are arranging to publish the results in the newspapers.
