2. Mr. Somasekharareddy Nallappareddy Chittor has resigned from the Board w.e.f. February 13, 2016.
3. Appointment of Mr. Srivenkata Ramana Tammisetti as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. February 13, 2016.
